How do I book?
Message us on WhatsApp or use the booking form on this page. We will reply to confirm a date and time.
What happens at the consultation?
The consultation costs P500 and takes about 30 minutes. It includes a skin consultation with the doctor and an AI skin analysis. You talk through what you would like and agree a plan together.
Where are you and where do I park?
Carbo Center, 1st Floor (upstairs), next to Water Utilities, Gaborone.
There is ample parking right in front of the building.
Do I need a consultation before a treatment?
All doctor-led treatments start with a consultation. Some treatments, such as facials and mild chemical peels, can be booked without one.
How can I pay?
We prefer cashless payments by card or EFT. Medical aid can be used for allied services such as referrals for blood tests, physiotherapy, prescriptions and ultrasound scans.
